Sandra's role as Practice Manager keeps her very busy. She is the one who looks after patient admissions to hospital and ensures their journey is as smooth as possible.
Sandra has been in the medical industry for over 10 years and loves it.
She likes to personally meet all patients and aims to make them feel secure and comfortable as having to see a cardiac specialist can be worrying for some.
Sandra loves her role and the great team of highly experienced people she gets to work alongside.
When she's not keeping the wheels of the practice turning you will find her somewhere on the Coast walking or playing with her dog.
Ashleigh is the 'director of first impressions'. She is the face at the front desk and the friendly voice that answers your call.
Ashleigh makes the appointments, process Medicare rebates and follows-up on results.
She is always happy to answer questions and loves being able to help with the small things such as organising a taxi, pointing you in the right direction, and making you feel comfortable.
Ashleigh loves meeting new patients and having great conversations with existing ones.
In her spare time she loves doing her nails and trying different make-up techniques, along with a bit of swimming and enjoying the Queensland weather.
